Ready Hour Potato Soup
I got this both for long term storage and for the occasional easy to fix and great tasting soup for a potluck
Pretty good
Good as a standalone soup or as a soup base. Better with a bit of their freeze-dried chicken and some spices. I added the chicken, chicken bullion, italian spices, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. It made for a fairly tasty soup. Ought to be able to make a decent clam chowder with it, although I haven't tested that yet.

It showed up in perfect shape, hope I don't need it but will be happy to have it if I do.
Yummy, peace of kind.
